Breathe Technologies has secured its first contract in partnership with Strongpoint ALS, a major step forward for both businesses and a significant project win to open 2026.
The contract forms part of a large-scale automation programme for a global e-commerce retailer. Breathe will deliver software and automation integration across a complex fulfilment environment. One that combines multiple automated and manual processes, from AutoStore integration through to automated packing and despatch.
The solution has been designed to handle increasing order volumes without compromising on service levels. It draws on Breathe’s previous experience automating the transport of goods from AutoStore at Roman to an automated packing line, a proven approach that gave the team the confidence to take on an even more complex brief here.
How the Warehouse Execution Software works
At the heart of the solution is Breathe’s Warehouse Execution Software (WES), the layer that connects automated and manual processes into a single, coherent operation.
The WES intelligently orchestrates inbound handling, inventory management and order processing across the site, ensuring accurate, on-time fulfilment to end customers. In e-commerce, where a missed SLA costs real money, that reliability matters.
