A partnership built on a completed project
Breathe Technologies has formalised an official partnership with Libiao Robotics, and unlike many partnership announcements, this one comes with a live installation already behind it.
The partnership follows the successful completion of Breathe and Libiao’s first joint UK project, which is now in its go-live phase. The two teams have already worked through the technical and operational detail together, and know they can deliver.
As an official UK and EU partner, Breathe can now offer Libiao’s full range of robotic sortation systems, including the T-Sort and Air Rob platforms, with end-to-end design, installation and support services included.
What Libiao adds to the Breathe offering
Libiao’s sortation systems are built for operations that need high throughput in a compact footprint. The 3D-Sort platform can move 1,000 units per hour per operator, with up to 100 sort destinations fitting within a 20m x 20m space. For e-commerce, 3PL and retail distribution operations facing space constraints and rising volume, that combination is hard to match.
What the Breathe partnership adds is the integration layer, connecting Libiao hardware to host WMS and ERP systems, and ensuring real-time data flows via BreatheIQ. Breathe also provides ongoing support, so clients aren’t left managing a complex robotic system on their own after go-live.
Several organisations are already in discussions about deploying Libiao systems through Breathe, and further announcements are expected as those projects progress.
