Breathe Technologies and Libiao Robotics celebrate first project

Breathe Technologies is taking a significant step forward in warehouse automation through a new collaboration with Libiao Robotics, a global leader in robotic sortation solutions.

Earlier this week, Breathe Technologies welcomed Jason Zhang, VP of Sales, Europe from Libiao Robotics to its headquarters at Sci-Tech Daresbury. The visit celebrated their first joint project for a UK customer and underscored the potential of the technology for the warehousing and supply chain sector.

T-sort robots

As one of the first UK systems integrators to work directly with Libiao, Breathe Technologies is introducing the T‑Sort robotic sortation system to its portfolio. Unlike traditional conveyor-based systems, T‑Sort robots are compact, autonomous vehicles designed to sort and transport items within warehouses.

– Able to sort up to 1000 units per hour per operator reducing headcount and labour costs

– Offer a compact footprint and multi-level design – enabling high sort density

– A modular design that’s easily scalable to meet changing operational needs

– Uninterrupted operations with redundancy built into every component, eliminating single points of failure

Looking ahead

The arrival of the first shipment of T‑Sort robots is imminent, with installation already underway for a leading UK customer. Beyond improving logistics operations, this initiative is expected to support the business’ growth plans opening doors for future careers in automation.

As demand for automated solutions continues to rise, Breathe Technologies remains committed to delivering innovative, practical technologies that help businesses of all sizes stay competitive. The partnership with Libiao Robotics is a testament to the company’s focus on providing the best possible solutions for its customers.
