ModernLogic and Breathe Technologies today announced their partnership. This collaboration connects ModernLogic’s WMS workflows with Breathe’s Pick Optimisation Software to optimise manual picking, delivering smarter task sequencing and cleaner integration between warehouse control layers and the WMS.
Breathe’s Pick Optimisation module integrates with the WMS, extracting Pick / Moves tasks, and applying smart clustering, volumetric analysis, and AI powered route optimisation, to return fully optimised Pick Lists to Blue Yonder Dispatcher. Pick tasks are completed with less pick lists, less containers, and less walking, improving picking productivity and saving on direct costs like shipping and materials.
