Engineering Support Packages

A large number of mechanical problems can be resolved remotely by talking to one of our engineers that understands your system. We offer remote phone support to be able to quickly assist your on-site engineering team or shift managers to pin point the fault and resolve it. Our engineers will dial into your system and can view and make modifications remotely.

We have a team of qualified engineers working in the field daily. Our engineers will assist you with your breakdown within 1 hour via our 24-hour support line.

One of our engineers will be deployed to your site as soon as possible to diagnose and repair your equipment. We can offer our breakdown support service to in contract and out of contract customers to include:

• Standard package – 36 hour response to site
• Enhanced package – Same day response (if the call is logged before 10am that day)
• Priority package – Engineer will be mobilised to site within 4 hours (24/7)

Regular servicing of your automation is imperative to prevent mechanical breakdown and stop your operation from suffering during peak periods.

• We offer annual service contracts, ad-hoc services and system health checks.
• We typically advise 2-4 services per year depending on the design and use of your system.

During a service we will inspect the components that make up your automation system and identify any wearing or damaged parts. We will replace any parts that need replacing, lubricate your system and provide you with a comprehensive service report.
